Mechanical Engineer with Cooling System experience

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer, with strong experience in product development and thermal management.

Tools & Systems

• Proficiency in Siemens NX and Teamcenter is required.
• Solid experience working within PLM environments, with a structured and methodical approach to documentation and configuration control.

Technical Competence

• Experience working with compact refrigeration systems and small-scale compressor-based cooling.

• Experience working with mechanical integration of cooling units into portable or semi-portable systems (e.g., compact chillers, portable coolers, or process cooling modules).

• Backgrounds from industries such as Tetra Pak, Alfa Laval, or similar companies specializing in thermal systems, refrigeration, or process equipment are highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design tasks from concept to detailed design within NX.

• Develop innovative cooling solutions and integrate them into a restricted package space.

• Perform problem-solving independently and drive engineering tasks without step-by-step instructions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
