Scope of the assignment/ Role
Support the FlexRICan project with electronics design in terms ofperforming detailed design based on design specifications and input:
• Perform system design as well as detailed design of a DC/DC power converter.
• Assist with the development of a prototype.
• Assist with the development of test specifications.
• Assist with planning and follow-up of design related activities.
• Prepare design documentation and specifications required for fabrication of the converter.
• Provide support to technicians during fabrication and testing phase of the project.
Special expertise needed
Experience from design of power electronics at high power and high voltage. Experience from design of power converters, controllers, transfer switches and similar.
Required education and experience Required Qualifications:
• Electrical engineer with special focus on power electronics. Required Experience:
• Experience from the wind turbine industry would be advantageous.
Personal profile:
• Strong problem solving, analytical methods and technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in and with team(s).
• Uses initiative to identify and resolve problems/issues and has good judgement.
Desired start date ASAP.
