Equipment Acceptance Support - CE Compliance

One of our important customers are in need of support within the quality department.
Special expertise needed
Minimum 7 years’ experience in leading/handling equipment compliance assessments and CE-marking of complex equipment or similar comparable tasks.
Proven knowledge in relevant EU directives and standards such as, but not limited to:
• Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC)
• Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU)
• Electro Magnetic Compatibility (2014/30/EU)
Good written and oral communication skills in both English. and Swedish
Strong organizational and technical document management capabilities.
Required education background and professional experience
Beneficial Experience:
•Experience from motion control and ATEX 2014/34/EU issues is desirable and considered beneficial.
•Coordination of activities or small projects.
•Working with technical documentation
•Supporting QC/QA activities

We are looking for a person that can work within a small team conducting equipment approval activities on scientific equipment as part of a construction project under time pressure.
Support is required to process the documentation, work through issues with stakeholders and chase progress to keep activities on track. It requires a balance of rigour, and an open minded & solution-oriented mindset.
The challenge involves a great portion of approaching the problems with a pragmatic mindset and act in a supportive way in order to contribute in driving the progress.
In order to be a good fit you need to have strong networking, communication and collaboration skills. The work environment is very international so this must be something you appreciate.
